Home owner dues are $141.75 per month
All owners are required to carry insurance on their property as we do not carry a blanket policy. Please check message blackboard. We try to keep everyone informed of what’s going on.
Siding Reimburstment
We reimburse homeowners for 1/2 the repair cost of siding should replacement be deemed necessary.
Yearly Termite Bond
The association carries a termite bond on all the units that we renew yearly.

Park Place is a Community Nestled Among Wise Old Oak Trees
Established in 1981 Park Place has 96 units of attached town-homes. We are Incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida as a Not for Profit Corp. The Home Owners dues (1/1/2023) are $141.75 a month; and for that money you have a community pool that is available year round. The association carries a termite bond on all the units that we renew yearly and your lawn is maintained weekly and we also spray common area lawns for pest 4 times a year. We reimburse homeowners for 1/2 the repair cost of siding should replacement be deemed necessary.
